The SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 3 East, Town of Sherman, Iron County, Wisconsin. 40 acre parcel two miles east of Springstead, one-quarter mile south of Highway 182. A pedestrian access easement allows the buyer to walk to the parcel, but the easement crosses a bog. The parcel is 99% wetland and contains a mix of open bog, tamarack, black spruce saplings, and a stand of small pole-timber size black spruce.
