The NE ¼ of the NW ¼ and the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 1, Township 40 North, Range 1 West, Town of Lake, Price County, Wisconsin. 80 acres of hunting land just three miles north of Park Falls. One “forty” abuts Agenda Road and the other “forty” is kitty corner and does not have legal access. Both parcels were appraised as a package and will be sold together. The tract is estimated to be 98% wetland. It is 95% forested, primarily with tamarack. Black spruce is also prevalent.
