The SE ¼ of the SE ¼ and that part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ lying east of the centerline of Steve Javenkowski Road as it is currently laid out and travelled, both in Section 13, Township 38 North, Range 10 East; ALSO, the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 38 North, Range 11 East, all in the Town of Three Lakes, Oneida County, Wisconsin. Three parcels of land containing a total of 143.93 acres located two miles southwest of Three Lakes. The tract is about ½ mile south of the intersection of County A and Steve Javenkowski Road. The parcel on the road (TL-84), contains about 41.49 acres and 13 acres of upland, which is accessible from the paved town road. The two parcels southeast and kitty corner to TL-84 are considered landlocked. They consist of about 102.44 acres and contain about six acres of upland. The upland cover type for the entire tract is primarily aspen and balsam fir. The tract is about 75% wetland, consisting of bog and brush. A buried gas line easement is on the parcel kitty corner to TL-84. Electric is available at the road.
