All units show signs of prior institutional service and include integrated display screens, built-in cameras, and desktop stands. Power adapters, cables, and accessories are not guaranteed and may be missing. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • The successful bidder must ensure that they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased. • Please ensure that you have a vehicle that is at least 3ft tall to upload items from the dock to your vehicle or trailer. • The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle or trailer. • The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up. • The successful bidder must schedule a pickup day and time of the equipment. • The POC for the scheduling is Johnny Davis (NX Inventory Management Specialist) @ (601) 362-4471 ext. 56271 or by email at Johnny.Davis9@va.gov. • All pickups will be scheduled during the following times...
