The table feature adjustable height mechanisms and blue vinyl upholstery with white metal frames. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Condition & Markings • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Visible wear and tear on the vinyl upholstery including scuff marks and surface damage. • One table shows a tear in the blue vinyl surface. • Both tables show signs of previous use with minor surface scratches on the metal frames. • Tables are currently positioned in different locations as shown in the images. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
