The successful bidder must complete the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent form and return it to Morgan.Tharp@gsa.gov before an award can be made. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • The functionality of all pumps is unknown. • Items are sold as-is, as-seen with no operational guarantees. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
