The chairs are manufactured by Custom Comfort Medtek and were operational until recently removed from service and replaced. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • The chairs show typical signs of medical facility use with some wear on the upholstery. • All chairs display manufacturer labels with model numbers, serial numbers, and safety warnings. • Labels indicate "Not for Public Use" and "For Commercial Use Only". • Warning labels present regarding maximum load capacity and proper operation procedures. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
