Overview This lot contains a Peerless Mechan-i-Cut Power Hacksaw. Designed for cutting large, solid blocks and heavy structural materials. Key Features • Cutting capacity of 7" x 7", 11" x 11", and 14" x 14". • Equipped with a 3 HP, 3-phase industrial motor. • Includes a 3-speed gear box to adjust cutting speeds for different materials. • Features a lift on return mechanism that lifts the blade on the return stroke to minimize tooth wear. • Automatic stop with limit switch or lever mechanism that automatically stops the machine and returns the head after a cut is completed. • Designed for making precise, unattended cuts on massive workpieces. Condition & Markings • Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • The item is not warranted and functionality cannot be guaranteed. • The item is sold as is. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Inspection and pick-up by appointment only. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday. • Pick up hours are 8AM to 3PM Monday through Thursday with a 2 day notice. • Any arrangements outside of these hours/days or assistance loading need to be made via email or phone 702-236-6940. • Recipient is responsible for all removal costs including shipping and handling costs, loading and transport.
