Overview This lot contains (2) motorcycles: (1) 1980 Kawasaki K740 and (1) 1987 Yamaha SRX240. Both motorcycles are classified in salvage condition. The motorcycles have been abandoned and sitting outdoors in the elements for over 10 years. Both motorcycle engines do not run. SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. • Both motorcycle engines do not run. SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY. • Both motorcycles are non-operational and require extensive restoration. • Both motorcycles show extensive weathering and corrosion from prolonged outdoor exposure. • The Kawasaki displays significant rust on metal surfaces, faded red paint, deteriorated seat covering, and moss growth on various components. • The Yamaha exhibits similar weathering with rust on the frame and engine, faded paint scheme, and deteriorated plastic components. • Both motorcycles have flat or deteriorated tires. • The Kawasaki shows visible engine components with heavy corrosion and debris accumulation. • The Yamaha displays engine damage with visible corrosion on the cylinder head and other engine parts. • Various small parts and components may be missing or damaged on both motorcycles. Vehicle Documentation • The SF-97, issued as "Not to be titled for highway use," will be provided to the registered individual or company and mailed to the registered address after payment is received. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping.
