Large Tour Boat 65' long 22' wide 21' tall Condition Unknown Has been vandalized Diesel power units are present - unknown condition Trailer is homemade and not road worthy. Official US Coast Guard Vessel ID - 255499 It has been dry docked for numerous years and must be removed in allotted time frame given by Park Staff. Must be removed by Mid November. VESSEL POLLUTION LIABILITY INSURANCE Contractor or Subcontractor shall maintain or cause the operator to maintain insurance covering vessel pollution liability, insuring the interest of the State of Minnesota, Contractor, and any tier of Subcontractor. Unless otherwise specified, the insurance minimum limits of liability shall be as follows: $10,000,000 Per Occurrence combined Single Limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage. OR Limits of liability shall be not less than $2,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. PROTECTION & INDEMNITY Contractor or Subcontractor shall maintain or cause the operator to maintain insurance including collision liability, bodily injury, property damage and passenger liability, and include coverage for the Jones Act and for wreck removal, as respects any watercraft owned, non-owned, used, operated or hired in connection with the work by the Contractor, subcontractor or anyone else in connection with the Contract.
