What the seller provided

FDIC failed-bank receivership asset sale. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), in its capacity as Receiver for Community Bank & Trust - West Georgia, LaGrange, Georgia (CBT), is conducting a competitive sealed-bid sale comprised of 231 loans having an unpaid principal balance (UPB) of $102,289,460. The portfolio consists primarily of unguaranteed participation interests in SBA loans, together with USDA loans and commercial loans. The loans will be offered for sale in all-cash pools to be structured by the Loan Sale Advisor and the FDIC based on loan performance, borrower relationships, applicable government-guaranty program requirements, and buyer/lender eligibility requirements. The number, size, and composition of the pools remain subject to change and will be described in the bid package. The collateral or borrower location for the loans is diversified across the United States, including U.S. territories. Bids are due 2026-12-02. Inquiries go to the sale advisor (Newmark).
