The subject property is ~0.3 acres in size and is located at the intersection of Dutcher Trail and Lenard Road. The parcel is about 12 miles west of Oscoda MI north of the Bissonette and Leonard Road intersection. The area is composed of well drained sandy soils with 0 to 6% slopes.
