However when we visited we found that last winters ice storms deposited a pretty little pile of shoulder deep brush all over this trail for a distance of 50 feet or more making it impassable. So you'll either need a helicopter, some muck boots or a machete' to get eyes on this one until that trail is cleaned up. There is an older cottage here that is of no real value as it (and the boat house as well) have collapsed under snow load and need to be replaced. ~0.23 acres.
