The original owner passed away before completing it, and it sat dormant for some time before owner #2 acquired it. That has probably been a four or five years, and now it's back ! There has been work done since the last time were here, but it still has no signs of a deep well, septic or power service. There is a nice pond and a great fireplace. The main floor is somewhat dark as it lacks windows, but there are a couple up top in the bunkhouse space. The building has been sealed better from the elements since we were here last, but still needs a proper front door.
