Overview This lot contains approximately 85-DATRON HH7700 5W VHF handheld transceivers. The radios are packaged in multiple boxes on pallets and wrapped in plastic. Based on the spot check performed, the units do not include batteries but appear to have all other components. Key Features • 5W VHF handheld transceiver radios with encryption capability. • Each unit includes operator manual and accessories as shown in packaging. • Units are individually packaged in protective plastic within organized compartments. • Total shipment dimensions are 40x40x38 inches and weighs 390 pounds. Condition & Markings • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Batteries are not included with the handheld radios based on spot check of three units. • Units are stored in original packaging with clear plastic protective wrapping. • Various shipping and identification labels are visible on the exterior packaging. • Individual radio components appear to be in protective plastic bags within their compartments. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Pick up hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM except for state holidays. • If using a third party, the BOL must be sent and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
