The lot consists of disassembled modular office furniture components arranged in 7 configurations designed for 140 workstations. The furniture is estimated to fill approximately 60 pallets or two truck loads and is currently stored in a warehouse facility. Condition & Markings • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • All furniture components are currently disassembled and stored in cardboard boxes and on pallets. • Some items or pieces may be missing from the original configurations. • Visible wear on desk surfaces and fabric panels consistent with office use. • Components show normal signs of handling and storage. • Monitor mounting brackets may require removal from some units. • Wire management covers and mounting hardware are present but may need sorting. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping.
