The cart requires new wheels due to damage. Condition & Markings • This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • The cart is broken and requires new wheels. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
