The bags feature a two-pouch design for isolating patient specimen documents and include printed biohazard symbols. Condition & Markings • This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • This item contains hazardous material. • The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the United States harmless from and indemnify the United States against any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the items purchased. • Minimum request quantity is 500 units. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Special Shipping Requirements: All items will be shipped via agency transportation at agency cost. No pickups are allowed. Shipping may be delayed due to volume. Bidders must provide ship-to address, two points of contact with phone numbers, days and hours of operations at receiving warehouse, and maximum number of 53-foot trucks that can be handled per day.
