Very old block work foundation along driveway Probably needs a dressing but no signs of crumbling And appear to be straight. Can't see the flat roof above the garage but can't imagine that's in very good shape. All of the roof lines on the majority of the home minus the porches seem to be relatively straight but it will definitely need new shingles and probably underlayment. This Place could be a really awesome investment project for somebody! Close to downtown and homes in the area are of the same age with some in very nice condition and some in need of restoration. Area is under revitalization, And bring a dumpster from what we can see... possibly two from what we can't.
