Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. • Signed purchase receipt is required prior to removal and removal is by appointment only. • A warehouse dock is available for use between 0700-1500 central standard time. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required. You must accept the electronic Export Control Certification before entering your bid.
