Overview This lot contains (1) Miscellaneous Server Equipment collection including NetScout server, Gigamon Network Tap Units, and Gigamon Visibility Nodes. The equipment is in used condition and was in working condition when removed from service approximately nine years ago. All memory and hard drives have been removed during decommissioning. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • All equipment is approximately nine years old. • All memory and hard drives have been removed during decommissioning. • No accessories are included. • Equipment may have hidden defects or be in need of repair. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Purchaser must make proper arrangements to remove assets off VA Property within 10 business days of payment. • Hours of Operation - Monday through Friday 0800-1430 (closed on all Federal Holidays). Must coordinate pick up 24 hours in advance. • VA is not responsible for damages accumulated during removal process. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required. You must accept the electronic Export Control Certification before entering your bid. Bidders are responsible for complying with U.S. export control laws, including: Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730-774)International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Parts 120-130).
