Kanopolis Scrap Sale Specifications: • Quantity: (1) Lot of Scrap Metal Additional Information: • Includes approximately 1-2 tons of mixed iron scrap. • Iron scrap consists of various types and grades and is not clean steel. • Includes approximately 0.25-0.50 ton of aluminum scrap. • Aluminum consists primarily of flat sign aluminum. Condition: Property is listed in scrap condition. Property is being sold for its material value. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping.
