The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview Lot of: (1) Planmeca ProMax 3D panoramic digital x-ray unit with power conditioner and (1) Midmark Preva DC x-ray unit. Condition is used. The Planmeca unit is machine only and does not include software. Condition & Markings • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Some units may need repairs of an undetermined extent. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian at vhamusnx@va.gov to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Additional Information: The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing, and removal of all equipment.
