Overview One lot estimated to consist of: Ceiling L panel frames and tiles in new/unused condition. This lot contains 6 Day-Brite 2x4 L panel ceiling frames, 20 RAB 2x4 L panel ceiling frames, and 150 Armstrong 2x2 ceiling tiles. Items are unused but have been in storage for several years. Components remain in original or partial packaging and are functionally serviceable for installation. Condition & Markings • This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Metal frame components show minor cosmetic wear including light surface dust, slight oxidation at edges, and minor scuffing from long-term storage. • No structural deformation or damage to frames. • Acoustic ceiling tiles exhibit typical aging characteristics including minor discoloration, slight yellowing at edges, and occasional compression marks from stacked storage. • No signs of mold, moisture intrusion, or structural breakdown. • Items may require light cleaning prior to use due to dust accumulation from storage.
