Overview This lot contains (2) items: (1) 70in Panasonic smart board and (1) 43in Samsung TV. The lot is in used condition. The 70in Panasonic smart board includes all (4) colored markers and (1) eraser, (2) speakers, (1) wall mount and all cable connections. This asset was acquired in 2010. The 43in Samsung television was used primarily as a monitor in the operating room. Condition & Markings • Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Both items were removed from service due to replacement with newer models. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available daily between the hours of 9:00am - 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Additional Information: Buyer will be expected to show a signed copy of the purchaser's receipt prior to receiving the merchandise. Buyer will be responsible for all packing and shipping of the item. If a third party is used, the buyer will need to supply the carrier with a copy of a signed authorization of release memo, stating that they will be giving the carrier permission to receive the merchandise.
