The sheet is located under the documents section that can be downloaded. Viewing is highly recommended. The condition is listed as scrap. The condition and pictures are not warranted. It is highly recommended that you inspect the property before bidding. Deficiencies when known have been added to the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exist.
