Approval can take up to an estimated 60-90 days or more from the date the document has been received by our office and submitted to DoD. The bidder will comply with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased.
