Purchase terms

The process for purchasing a vehicle from the Surplus warehouse is very easy. Our vehicles are in the front part of our parking lot. Each vehicle for sale will have the mileage and sale price on the windshield. Customers are welcome to test drive the vehicle in the parking lot only. The customer is also welcomed to bring a mechanic to look the vehicles. If you decide to purchase a vehicle you must pay with either cash or a bank cashier's check made out to the Texas Facilities Commission. The customer will only be charged the price on the windshield, the salesperson will notify the owning state agency to process the title transfer. It takes approximately 21 days to receive the title information in the mail. The customer will then take the title transfer to the tax assesor and pay the required taxes.
