Overview Lutron equipment (optical) in new/unused condition. This lot consists of (4) Grafik Eye Lutron QSGRJ-3P units and (4) Grafik Eye Lutron GRX-TVI units. The Grafik Eye QS system provides customizable lighting and shade control for various tasks and activities. The system controls multiple load types from LED bulbs to EcoSystem LED drivers with premium dimming performance without requiring additional interfaces. Items were never installed or used. Condition & Markings • This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
