(2) Arjo Freedom Bath II hospital spa tubs and (1) American Standard Model 3260 hospital spa tub. All units are in salvage condition.
Condition & Markings
• This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required.
• Arjo Freedom Bath II units: Roll-door assembly, electrical systems, plumbing hardware, seals, pumps, and structural frame may be incomplete, damaged, or nonfunctional. Internal components should be assumed unsuitable for clinical use.
• American Standard Model 3260 unit: Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components including the watertight door, pumps, air spa/whirlpool systems, heater, drain assembly, and control electronics may be inoperative, missing, or beyond repair. Unit may have cracks, wear, corrosion, or missing hardware.
• Units are suitable only for parts recovery, scrap, parts harvesting, metal reclamation, or non-clinical refurbishment.
• No warranty and no guarantee of function, completeness, or safety.
Inspection and Removal
• Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment.
• Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description.
• Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
• Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
• Additional Information: Successful bidder is responsible for loading and removing all equipment.
