The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (2) Medtronic ForceTriad electrosurgical generators. The item is in used condition. These units were purchased new in 2015 and were fully functional when removed from active clinical service. The generators have been stored in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. The ForceTriad is an electrosurgical unit that integrates cutting, coagulation, bipolar functionality, and LigaSure vessel sealing capabilities into a single generator platform. Key Features • TissueFect sensing technology with tissue-sensing control feedback system that adjusts to tissue impedance. • LigaSure vessel sealing capability for tissue bundles, lymphatics, pulmonary vasculature, and blood vessels up to 7 mm in diameter. • Valleylab mode offering simultaneous monopolar hemostasis and dissection. • Output configurations supporting monopolar cut/coag and bipolar energy fields with precise, standard, and macro options. • Adaptive REM system for return electrode monitoring to prevent patient burns at return electrode site. • Three independent LCD touchscreens with LED-illuminated smart connector readers for automatic instrument recognition. • System integration supporting RapidVac smoke evacuators and software version 3.30 or higher. • Operating frequencies: LigaSure mode at 440 Hz, monopolar cut at 660 Hz, bipolar and coagulation at 940 Hz, Valleylab mode at 800 Hz. • Weight approximately 30 lbs per unit with compatibility for FT900/UC8009 carts and standard OR boom systems. Condition & Markings • This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Units are in good cosmetic condition. • Generators were functioning when removed from service, but operation is not guaranteed. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
