Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Additional Information: Building does not have a loading dock. Building does have a freight elevator. There is street level parking on the side of the building with an elevator that leads to the underground access to the freight. Up to a 53' truck can be parked on street for loading. However, trucks will need to park on the side of a busy street downtown. Anyone entering the building must have a valid driver's license or state id. 72-hour advance notice required as we need to request a security clearance. No advance notice then no access into dock and building. Must bring your own equipment, labor, and transportation. Building will require Certificate of Insurance (COI) for furniture move.
