The site is closed on federal holidays. 72-hour advance notice required as security clearance must be requested. • Additional Information: Building does not have a loading dock but does have a freight elevator. Street level parking available on the side of the building with elevator access to underground freight area. Up to a 53-foot truck can be parked on street for loading, however trucks will need to park on the side of a busy street downtown. Anyone entering the building must have a valid driver's license or state ID. Must bring your own equipment, labor, and transportation.
