Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Original factory components may be altered, missing or inoperable. • Unit covered with protective plastic sheeting. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Thursday between 8:00am EST to 3:00pm EST, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Additional Information: Must provide 2 business day notice for intentions to retrieve property. Appointment time will be set before arrival and must be present at agreed upon time. No contact pickups required to ensure staff safety. No building access permitted.
