Overview Plastic modular flooring consisting of approximately 45 pieces. The item is in usable condition. Flooring pieces are tan colored plastic with grooved top surface and interlocking edges. Pieces measure approximately 48" long x 42" wide x 2" tall. Some pieces are wrapped in plastic sheeting and stacked on pallets. Condition & Markings • Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • Multiple stacks of flooring pieces with varying quantities per stack. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping.
