Condition & Markings • Gloves are sealed in individual protective packaging. • Asset condition is unverified and may need repairs. • Brands, models, colors, styles, and sizes may vary where applicable. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available 9:30am - 3pm EDT, Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Additional Information: Local pickup only, no UPS ground. We do not wrap or pack assets, arrange shipping, and are not responsible for any fees, liabilities, or any discrepancies which includes but is not limited to estimated asset dimensions and weight.
