Overview Skytron Ergon 3 lighting and boom system in used condition. This previously installed system served approximately nine years prior to removal and has been fully disassembled. The equipment includes structural boom arms designed for ceiling-mounted utility distribution and integrated surgical lighting. All major functional elements were reported to be in working order at the time of disassembly. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. • System has been fully disassembled and some components may be missing. • Condition reflects normal operational use over its service life with expected wear on mechanical and support components. • Offered for parts, refurbishment, or reinstallation by qualified personnel. Inspection and Removal • Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 0800-1430, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Must coordinate pick up 24 hours in advance. • Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. • Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. • Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. • Additional Information: Purchaser must make proper arrangements to remove assets off VA property within 10 business days of payment. The successful bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to christopher.n.smith@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal.
