This lot consists of the item that is listed on the excel document. This document is a detailed description of the property. The sheet is located under the documents section that can be downloaded. Viewing is highly recommended. The condition is listed as scrap. The condition and pictures are not warranted. It is highly recommended that you inspect the property before bidding. Deficiencies when known have been added to the item description. The absence of any deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Successful bidders should contact the custodian prior to removal for specific building and loading policies. Bidders must comply with all building rules and policies during the removal process. The successful bidders and/or their agents will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary to remove the property, including packing, loading, and transporting the property.
