Walthall of Official Record Book 211, page 77 of the Clark County Recorder and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning, for reference, at a railroad spike found at the Northeast corner of Section 22 and being in the centerline of Hustead Road (60' R/W per the Clark County Thoroughfare Plan); Thence, with the north line of Section 22 and the centerline of said Hustead Road N 85°52'0011 W 872.21 feet to an iron bar found at the northwest corner of the property of Nancy Ellen Fultz and Susan Dale Eckenwiler of Official Record Book 499, page 74 and being the principle place of beginning of the parcel herein to be described; Thence, leaving said section line and road centerline S 04°06'47 W 1000.65 feet to a iron bar found in the southwest corner of the Fultz-Eckenwiler property and being in the north line of the property of James A. & Donna J. Riley of Deed Book 674, page 318, passing an iron pin set at 25.03 feet; Thence, with the north line of the properties of said James A. & Donna J. Riley, Robert A. & Doris E.
