Situate in the County of Clark, State of Ohio and Township of Mad River, and being and lying within the bounds of the northeast quarter of Section Numbered 22 - T 4 - R8, MRS. Beginning at an iron pipe which identifies the corner common to Sections Numbered 16, 17, 22 and 23; the point falls in the centerline of the Hustead Road and also marks the extreme northeast corner of the original 30.0 acre tract of land of which this parcel is a part; Thence from the point of beginning and following the road centerline and the north line of Section 22, N. 85° - 52' W. 437.70 feet to a point; Thence leaving the section line and the roadway, S. 04° - 08' W., at 16.50 feet passing an iron pin, in all 1004.33 feet to an iron pin driven down in the south line of the original tract; Thence S. 85° - 25' - 30 E., 428.33 feet to an iron pipe at its southeast corner; the point falls in the east line of Section 22; Thence with the section line, N. 04° - 40' E., 1,007.68 feet to the place of beginning, containing an area of Ten (10.00 ) acres, more or less. Subject, however, to the right of way for the public road as now located. The survey for the above division of land was made in August, 1973, by Carl F.
