Keehner of Deed Book 698, page 464, passing an iron pin set at the southwest comer of Virginia Military Survey 10920 and the northwest comer of Virginia Military Survey 8957 at 1763.49 feet; Thence, leaving said Ludlow Line with the a north line of the property of said Keehner and a north line of the property of Gamet K. Wilson etal of Official Record Book 1339, page 164, N 81°24'07 W 3869.91 feet to the principle place of beginning, passing an iron pin set at 3778.60 feet. Containing 100.423 Acres, more or less, 0.283 acres in the road right-of-way and subject to all legal highways and easements of record. Bearings are assumed and based on the Ludlow Line as being S 17°47'44 E and are to denote angles only. Iron pins set are 5/8 inch by 30 rebar with plastic caps labeled R.E. Hankison P.L.S. #7409.
